BerkShore personally curates a daily selection of native, seasonal, sustainable, and premium seafood based on freshness, harvest method, and harvest location.
We travel to Boston 3 times per week, personally select your fish, and deliver the same day. This means we can make real-time, on the dock substitutions if a product does not meet our quality or freshness standards.
Close to 100% of our products are caught one day prior to delivery, and all of our fin-fish is filleted hours before delivery. Unlike most of our competitors, BerkShore does not store or hold any product.
